*Upgrade the 1 color insertion loom to 3 colors pick-at-will looms simply. With this system the weaving range of the loom is enlarged, the high added value product can be woven.

 *Blast motor for measuring length on mechanical weft feeder is no longer used, which saves lots of electrical power and reduces the maintenance costs due to easy-worn parts replacing of weft feeder

 *The weft length can be precisely adjusted by changing the diameter of weft storage drum(adjustable consecutively) and changing the release turns ,thus the waste of weft can be avoided.

 *The incremental encoder secures correct timing for the weft insertion and all insert parameters can be adjusted by a hand terminal.

 *Weft brake device and funnel device can be chose according to the requirements of fabric.

 *Pattern can be controlled by dobby ,which fundamentally solves the problem of pattern synchronization.

 *It is fit for water jet loom with 3 colors and 1 pump or 3 colors and 2 pumps.
